Trouble with free PDF from CMG

I'm trying to download the free adventure from CMG, but when I try to add it to my shopping cart, I get a message that says the product is already in my bookshelf. But when I check my bookshelf, the item isn't there.

Can anyone help?

They should still help you get that straightened out but in the meantime you can grab a copy from here (edit - link now disabled as event ended). Thanks for checking it out.

Has this been handled to everyone's satisfaction behind the scenes or otherwise?

I will go see if it has been turned into a product that is actually in my bookshelf. I did get the same message the OP did when I emptied it out of my cart and reloaded it. The first time I did not, but that may be because I also bought about 6 of Alamara's pdf's when I did it.

Still only gives me the remove option and it is not in my bookshelf.
