Yes. I don't consider a spell to have senses that allow it to distinguish between a legitimate target and an illusion of one when its caster cannot, so the spell doesn't fail, and I bend the rules enough that MM damage eliminates an image.
My interpretation is that the Magic Missile would hit either the real target or one of the selected images, randomly determined amongst the images and real target. Hitting an image would destroy it.
