DRAGON #355 MAY 2007
The "Creature Catalog" returns to the pages of
Dragon magazine this month, featuring a hoard of new monsters including angry
mephitis, insect lycanthropes, planar swarms, vile plants, and much more. This issue also
features "Seven Saintly Domains," the "Ecology of the Sphinx," and new installments of
"Volo’s Guide and Dragonmarks."
DUNGEON #146 MAY 2007
The Savage Tide Adventure Path continues with “Serpents of
Scuttlecove,” sending the PCs to an infamous city where the police are cannibals and the
streets ruled by murderers and monsters. This adventure is supported by a backdrop
article and a four-panel poster map of the pirate city of Scuttlecove. In “Spawn of Sehan,”
the second installment of the “Servants of Sahan” three-part campaign arc, the PCs
confront a sinister sect of deformed cultists. All this plus a new low-level adventure,
Dungeoncraft, Downer, and Mt. Zogon!
Insect lycanthropes sound cool. I'd love to see insect shifters; I liked the lizard ones.
Not sure if I like seeing 2 adventures in the same Dungeon issue that are "sequels". The adventure path is enough for me.
