Cthulhu/Far Realm D&D or D20 modules?

I'm looking to grab up a bunch of these to possibly adapt for Ptolus. So far, I know about the Freeport Trilogy and The Lost Vault of Tsathzar Rho, as well as the classic Gates of Firestorm Peak. Are there any others?

Welll, you could probably port over some CoC d20 modules, if such exist, or you could probably adapt regular CoC modules to CoC d20 and thence to Ptolus. Seems like a bit of work, though...

Maybe "Forgotten Temple of Tharizdun" from way back when. I seem to recall that having a horror-y, Outer Gods theme. Or, if you're feeling extra industrious, maybe pick up some adventures for the Call of Cthulhu game and do some big-time stat conversion?

EDIT: Actually, it probably wouldn't be much effort at all to convert Chaosium-style CoC adventures. A lot of those are very plot-heavy rather than loads of beasties that might need converting. Grab the plot, and plug in the approriate d20 cultists or monsters as needed. Easy peasey!

"And Madness Followed" from Dungeon 134 actually features the Yellow Sign, Carcosa, etc. Should be right up your alley.

You might want to check out the Savage Tide adventure path module in this month's Dungeon -- sorry, can't recall the title at the moment but there are lots of slimy tentcled things in it...

Oh, and "The Styes" adventure in Dungeon, too.

Uhh, plug plug.
