Boston Gamers: Pandemonium Books and Games in trouble

Well, I'm going to do what I can. I have about $200 of books that I want that I've been putting off. I'll go get those asap from them.

I bought about $40 worth of game books tonight, but had I known about their troubles, I would have added the additional $120 or so of fiction that I passed on :(

I'm going to see if I can go over there at lunch and buy some stuff I've got on my wish list. I must be close to the free credit by now and want to cash in before anything unfortunate happens to the place.

Aw, hell. I used to go there all the time when I lived in Massachusetts (back when they were still in Harvard Square). I'm actually going to be in the neighborhood next week, so I'll have to drop by and buy some stuff. That t-shirt ain't exactly my kind of thing, but I know they'll have loads of books I'll want. (Unfortunately, loads of books will be a real hassle on the plane ride home...)

I'll try to drop by this weekend as well, I can probably easily get up to $200 or so, and I do like those "Camp Pandemonium" t-shirts, one for everyone in the group. :) I'd also hate to lose another specialty book and game store because of short term cash flow problems.

I dunno. From his LJ post, the store owner sounds pretty unhappy and jaded. Maybe his life would be better with closing the store, even if it cuts out a game store option for Boston folks. :\
