Dragon mount, needs feedback

In response to this thread : http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?p=3351609#post3351609 I put together this dragon mount creature with etools

Wardrake Large Dragon ; HD 3d12+6 (Dragon) ; hp 25; Init +0; Spd 20, Fly 80 (average); AC:16 (Flatfooted:16 Touch:9, Natural armour 7); Base attack/Grapple +3/+10; Atk +6 (1d6+3, 2 Claw); +7 (1d8+4, Bite); SQ: Darkvision (Ex): 60 ft., Immunity: Magic Sleep Effects and Paralysis (Ex), Low-light Vision (Ex), Space 10 ft/ Reach 5 ft (10 with bite); AL N; SV Fort +5, Ref +3, Will +4; STR 17, DEX 10, CON 15, INT 5, WIS 12, CHA 8.
Skills: Listen +3, Spot +3.
Feats: Alertness, Flyby Attack, Weapon Focus: Bite.

Advancement 4-8 HD (large), 9-12 (huge)

Comments? I'm thinking a CR of 3 maybe 4

The attack bonuses should be less by 1 each (Large size).
It should have more skill points, a total of 18 (dragon type gets (6+Int)*(HD+3)

Probably CR3, though, since it's a dragon, maybe CR2, dragons are supposed to be tougher for their CR than the norm. Compare it to other low CR dragons and see how it matches up.

This probably should go into House Rules or Homebrew, though. There'd be more responses.
