Legend
You're creating a generic human warblade with the standard array (15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8).

Where do you put the 15 and why?

I don't think there will be a great deal of controversy over this, but the next few questions ought to be more interesting. :)

Constitution.

Mithril breast plate, shield, high constitution, improved toughness, and maybe even diehard.

You cannot kill me suckers!

I picked Constitution as well, though I could've went Dexterity (maybe should've). At higher levels, I don't think Strength is too useful when your maneuvers are doing substantially more than your sword swing ever dreamed of. Go high-Dex and Finesse, high-Con for even more hit points.

I picked Str. It will help with their chance to hit their targets. It will also help w/ damage, but I would mostly rely on the maneuvers do the damage.

Strength, for all the obvious reasons. Warblades are the new Fighter. With a Swordsage you might do Dex or even Wis. They have fancy styles and save-based effects that can work well with those, not to mention enough maneuvers that they'll be using one almost every turn. Warblades are more likely to have times they're just hitting someone with a weapon. They've got Fighter feats to make it worthwhile, fewer maneuvers to use in every situation, and regain those maneuvers by making a normal attack.
