Dust elementals hail from the quasi-elemental plane of Dust, where the elemental plane of Earth borders on the Negative Material plane. Dust elementals are ever-shifting in appearance, looking one moment like a dense, swirling plume of dust, another moment like a softly-outlined, blurry humanoid, and at other times, simply a scattering of dust. Dust elementals are very subdued, but will pursue tasks with unswerving dedication -- they are the embodiment of unemotional, unavoidable decay.
Dust elementals speak Terran.
Combat:
Dust elementals are deliberate and calculated in their movements. They lash at opponents with an abrasive limb formed of grit which attacks the molecular cohesion of anything it strikes.
Eroding touch (Su): The touch of a dust elemental breaks down matter, in a manner similar to acid. Anything struck by its slam attack also takes the damage listed below (Fortitude save for half; see table below). Only incoporeal creatures are immune to this damage.
Dust cloud (Ex): Three times per day, as a standard action, a dust elemental can form a cloud of dust around itself, as the spell obscuring mist cast by a sorceror of its hit dice. Every creature in the area must also make a Reflex save or be blinded for 1d6 rounds.
