D&D 4E We likes our dwarven women kinda furry! (aka 4e beards)

All official D&D settings have beardless dwarven women, as far as I know. At least, I'm certain that the Forgotten Realms, Eberron, and Dragonlance do.

If I can take a moment and claim grognard here... I really hate bearded dwarven women. It's a lame joke that should have been left on the cutting room floor.

Ed Greenwood's 2nd edition Dwarves' Deep mentions that dwarven women do have facial hair. Many don't grow full beards, but those that do will sometimes conceal themselves as males to help hide their identities in human lands. Many dwarven women follow the traditions of the races around them and shave.

Couldn't help but notice that the early art concepts for the dwarven warlock show a beardless lady. What's up wit dat?

Show me an official D&D art of a bearded dwarf female and we'll talk. (Dragon doesn't count.)

As a man who loves short, curvy women (and married one), I love the concept art I've seen so far with the dwarven women.

They are teh hawtness.

I like big butts, and I cannot lie.

There's a dwarven female leader (I wanna say shield dwarves) in the Douglas Niles Moonshae novels that's bearded. Name escapes me right now.
