Am I mistaken, or weren't these still accessible here at ENWorld at one point? I was feeling nostalgic for the pre-3E days recently, and wanted to take a look at them.

I'd go with Irix'Nhoa to keep the word somewhat more true to the source. And you know what, just because I'm so happy that this page exist and it's thanks to Eric, I'm going to stat this the wondrous item. Just need a bit of help, what should the item do? Along with divination powers, how about some kind of powers of truth compulsion or something (reflective of how people were anonymously providing snippets of information about 3E)?
