EDIT: Please feel free to post your opinion on what is, or is not, the best
Like I said in the first round polls:
We now move onto the next round. The time has come to vote for the Best of WotC’s 3rd edition products.
The choices are based on the results of 4 first rounds polls. The top five “I Like” vote getters from each where included, ie the five most popular. As where any in the top five based on % of those voting for the product that liked the product (#liked/(#liked+#disliked)), ie the five highest quality. In most cases these overlapped substantially, and 5-6 where included from the top of each category. In addition, 10 wildcards where added. These are the 10 highest quality products that didn’t make the first cut.
