3e/d20 Fantasy Setting books

Mercurius

Legend
Is too much to ask for a comprehensive list of all (physically) published D&D 3ed/d20 fantasy campaign setting books? I'm not talking about supplements, but main books. If I can get any takers, I'd like to see this format, with folks cutting-and-pasting the previous list so that one long list is compiled:

Well, let's see what I can add.....
However, while I have a few added, I don't have a copy of the Diamond Throne or Arcana Evolved (which is the reprint of Diamond Throne combined with a reprinted-but-slightly-revised Arcana Unearthed), so I'm not sure what year each was printed; someone else will have to add those two. Diamond Throne was from 2003 or 2004, and Arcana Evolved came out in 2005 or so, I think. And there are a bunch of other settings I'm aware of, but don't have copies of, so I can't add them myself.

Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (Wizards of the Coast, 2001)
Kingdoms of Kalamar (Kenzer & Company, 2001)
Players Guide to the Wilderlands (White Wolf/Judges Guild, 2003)

Iron Kingdoms World Guide (Privateer Press, 2005)
Thieves World Gazetteer (Green Ronin, 2006)

Oriental Adventures (Wizards of the Coast, 2001)
Rokugan (Alderac Entertainment Group, 2001)
EverQuest Roleplaying Game Player's Handbook (Sword & Sorcery Studios/Sony Online Entertainment, 2002)

Might be a good idea to sort it alphabetically, until it's complete. Chronologically makes it harder to check and see if a book has already been listed.

What about books like Freeport and Ptolus and Bluffside that cover part of a setting?

Edit: Added entries marked with *s.

DCC#35 Gazetteer of the Known Realms (Goodman Games, 2007)

I suggest editing (and continuing to re-edit) the original post to add new entries. It's the traditional, and probably best, way of organising things like this. But hey, it's your thread.

Was Stormbringer d20 by Chaosium too? I heard a lot of the content was copy/pasted (from the original,) so I guess it was.

I don't think Ghostwalk really counts as a setting; more a plugin thing for any setting. I think. . . (?)

Looking through my stuff again. . .
