Gods...

First Post
Hi, I'm a long time reader, but first time poster.

I'm looking for something I haven't been able to find anywhere on ENWorld.

I'd like to know the complete list of 4th Edition Gods, I've found there will 20 + 1 of them, but so far I miss 2 of them.

Here is what I've found so far :

01 Asmodeus
02 Avandra
03 Bahamut
04 Bane
05 Corellon
06 Erathis
07 Gruumsh
08 Ioun
09 Kord
10 Lolth
11 Moradin
12 Obad-Hai
13 Pelor
14 Raven Queen
15 Sehanine
16 Tiamat
17 Torog
18 Vecna
19 Zehir

Does anyone know who is the 20th god ?
And this "+1", is it some kind of overgod like AO in the Forgotten Realms ??? Does he have a name ?

Alternately, Tharizdun is 20, and the Dead God of the Humans (who may or may not be the god that Asmodeus Usurped) is the +1

Could someone perhaps put small descriptions next to each of the deities names for those of us who are newer to the game? I'm sure most of us know the 3.5 gods in there, but ones like Avandra or Erathis caused me to draw blanks!

Obad-Hai seems to be out replaced by Melora.
I can't remember who the last one is.

But I seems to remember that Tharizdun does appear to be the +1.

I think this is a reference to Orcus. He has a cleric in the Keep on the Shadowfell adventure, there are references in 4th Ed to his cultists (W&M and the Death Knight article for example), and in one of the The Tome podcasts it is said that Doresain the King of Ghouls is one of his exarchs.

He is (plus 1) as in 4th Ed he is not actually a god but a corrupted primordial but does have cultists/clerics.

Then again I am biased :)

Bahamut (Honor, Justice, Good Dragons, Dragonborn)
Tiamat (Vengeance, Evil Dragons, Dragonborn)
Moradin (Crafting, Dwarves)
Correllon (Magic, Eladrin)
Sehanine (Moon, Forest, Elves)
Avandra (Luck, Chance, Halflings)
Asmodeus (Deceit, Devils)
Pelor (Sun, Humans, Agriculture)
Kord (Strength, Storms)
Bane (War, Tyranny)
Vecna (Secrets)
Ioun (Magic, Knowledge)
Erathis (Civilization)
The Raven Queen (Death, the Dead, Winter)
Zehir (Night, Set clone)
Torog (?, Evil?)
Gruumsh (Orcs, Slaughter)
Lolth (Drow, Treachery)
Tharizdun (Evil, Demons)
Melora (Wilderness)

Hong, thanks for the portfolios, I was trying to build this list, you saved my time ! ;)

Maybe Asmodeus has a dominion over the tieflings ???

Where did you found references to Tharizdun and Melora ?

Yes Orcus might be the +1, almost a god, but not yet one.

Sounds like an awesome adventure hook for high-level play. "Stop Orcus before he ascends to godhood!"

Woah. Buffy flashback. :)
Considering that the "secret name" for 4E was "Orcus", that he appears so dominantly in the literature so far, (and most importantly in the 1st adventure module in the new "path"), I think it's reasonable to predict that Orcus as the +1 is reasonable. It very well could be the backbone of the adventure path.
