It didn't work on my computer either, however, at my demo, the demoer said that the "once per day" ability was events like for the rogue "once per day, when you die, you don't die. Instead, the person you got to stand in your place dies, and you show up at the end of the encounter."

Disjunction Ward (Su): At 24th level, magic items you possess are protected against magical disjunction. If an effect (such as Mordenkainen's disjunction) would cause an item you hold, wear, or have on your body to become nonmagical, you can choose to negate that effect (for your items only) and to cause the effect's caster (if within line of effect) to suffer the effect himself.

YEOUCH! That would seriously ruin a caster's day.
Also, :( Disjunction is still in the game. Wonder how it'll work.
Edit: Silly me, didn't notice the huge "Epic Destinies in 3.5"

Something to keep in mind is that these are 3.5 epic destinies. How similar these are to their 4ed counterparts mechanically speaking is anyones guess.

Heck, one or more of these may not even have a 4ed version:

See if you can guess which of the epic destinies in this article is also featured in the 4th Edition Player's Handbook!
