See Keterys' chart below for a complete list.

Cross-referencing my copy of KotS I've managed to come up with item values for 2nd to 6th level magic items, with a possible 6th(or 7th) level item. This analysis only works if KotS treasures are based on the DMG tables, which appears to be the case. Potions of Healing appear to be 50 gold.

Based on the economy article and treasure reward table, KotS, and magic items in theMonster and More pdf:
Level 1 360?
Level 2 520
Level 3 680
Level 4 840
Level 5 1000 (Confirmed in article)
Level 6 1800 (Confirmed in article)

This numbers are based on item values of the treasure in KotS. Also from looking at the weapons I'm beginning to think pluses will cap out at +5 or maybe +6 for epic artifacts. An ordinary +2 magic dagger is level 6. Looking over the adventure again I've decided that it doesn't exactly follow the reward method in article.

So, the line of thought I had after reading the economy thread was...

Known:
Level 5 base cost 1,000g
Level 15 base cost 25,000g
Level 25 base cost 625,000g

So, ten levels gives x25. So, five levels is potentially x5.

So, I guess if they wanted it to always work as x5, we just need a couple values to fill in the rest.

Only a 40gp difference between level 4 and level 5? Seems wonky to me, but I'm not mathematically inclined enough to offer an alternate solution, sorry.

What level are the +1 items in the module? And if there are any +2 items, what levels are those? (I'm guessing levels 3 and 6, respectively.)

I still predict that you should have roughly a +1 item every three levels and thus item bonuses will cap out at +10 for 30th level items.

Ooh, OP updated with some new prices that do actually look decent from a math perspective.

Well, that would give you a base 'level 0' magic item price of 200g, and +160 per level up, which does lead to a pretty clean chart, so:

Level GP
1 360
2 520
3 680
4 840
5 1000
6 1800
7 2600
8 3400
9 4200
10 5000
11 9000
12 13000
13 17000
14 21000
15 25000
16 45000
17 65000
18 85000
19 105000
20 125000
21 225000
22 325000
23 425000
24 525000
25 625000
26 1125000
27 1625000
28 2125000
29 2625000
30 3125000

That's my final stab, though :)

Oh, and a +1 Vicious Longbow is a level 2 item, so I'd conjecture that a +1 magic longbow (nothing special) is a level 1 item, and I'd take a stab that if my chart is accurate and there is a big price jump on the 5s (ie, 6, 11, 16, 21, 26) that your +s could come at those, which would only lead to +6 weapons... and I'd guessed quite a bit more, especially with monsters effectively getting +1 to all defenses per level.

Nice catch Lurker - the 1800 for 6th is in the article, I missed that. So... that's a lot of good evidence to back my chart. I'm removing the earlier stab so there's no confusion.

Wow, that's in there? That totally backs up my theory then. You are a _font_ of information, Lurker.

I wonder if this is scoop worthy yet.
