The Droneman

The Dronemen are an evil race of humanoids with long and grasping fingers. Their skin is pale green. They range in height from 3 1/2 feet to a mighty 10 feet. Their bulging eyes range from golf-ball-sized to cantaloupe-sized, depending on the size of the Droneman.

The droneman slave worker is the smallest of the dronemen. Mindless, they follow the orders of all other dronemen. They are 3 1/2' tall and weigh 50 pounds. They have no claws. They are considered totally expendable by all other dronemen, from the footsoldier to the dronelord, and obey any order given to them from any other droneman, with no regard to their own safety, despite their possession of an Intelligence score. When given no orders (which is very rare) they simply eat the nearest food and flee anything bigger than they are.

COMBAT: Droneman slave workers attack if ordered to do so. They merely slam every round, never fleeing or pausing, and follow no tactics.
Mending (Sp): The droneman slave worker may invoke a mendingeffect upon non-magical items. Caster level 1st, once per week.

Does it need more skill points? Is the CR wrong? Please comment, I used the monster stat verifier at http://personal.nbnet.nb.ca/shadows/Handbook/MonsterCalc.html to create this monster.
More dronemen coming soon, if I remember!

Assuming you are using 3.O E stats, a monstous humanoid starts with 2xInt score in skill points. Your monster has no Int score, you might want to give it one. Spell-like abilities are usually only 1/week if they are comparatively powerful, so you might want to make it 1/day instead. CR might be a little high, maybe 1/3 or 1/4 would be better.

It's 1/week because the creature is so weak. It has no Int score because it does nothing except on orders, and cannot think at all. It is simply a mindless automaton. But I'll change the CR; it is now 1/4.

Khisanth, looks good. I must agree with Jim that making it once per day wouldnt hurt, its a non-offensive ability after all. You could always give them 4 ranks in any Profession or Craft skill of the DMs choice, perhaps?`

I think you might need a little bit more flavour text, flavour is my favourite :) Also makes it easier to comment on the creatures if you have some good text

Still, you should give some flavour, I love flavour text myself (see the Dunai for an extreme example of how much flavour text you can add, lower in this forum)

As mentioned, I would like to see them put into the bigger concept :)
