I know there was an article by Robin Laws in the Dragon on this but I figured y'all might have specific ideas for some. The scene's I want to have music are.....

1:The trade fair; It's when the river becomes navigitable in the late spring. It's also where guards are hired so there's lots of roleplay potential.

2: A ride on the river, guard duty I need to finds some good riverine critters somewhere.

3: Fog Murder, the PCs will find bodies in a thick fog(creepy music)

4: arrivel at a Dwarven tradeing post
5: Bandit raid !
6: Into the bowels of the city, a sewer adventure
7; Murders found ! Were Rats !!
8: Spell casting , The Rats use magic !
9: the dark temple, the finale and where the boss cleric Rat is found.
10: end credits and perhaps a sequel ?

So far I've got 3 players ready to play, 2 maybes if scedules allow and 1 REAL newbie who stopped me this afternoon(blue lights flashing :)) and asked me WHEN THE HECK I was going to fix my tail light ,that I was better looking with my hair cut & that she'll like to try my hobby sometime.( new GF)

hmmm....

nothing specific comes to mind for each scene, but you may want to check out all of your movie soundtracks, like Last of the Mohicans or Red October (russian singing is cool for depicting adventures in foreign lands). For some of the fair or public scenes, try some traditional celtic music with lots o' instruments.

For some slow, more sinister music try some tracks by Massive Attack. If you don't like it for your campaign it makes great make-out music.

This shouldn't be too hard, with my 400+ CDs of Classical music.

I would try Antonin Dvorak's Slavonic Dances, both the op. 46 and op. 72 versions.

Handel's Water music would work perfectly. It was written as background music for a river journey.

3: Fog Murder, the PCs will find bodies in a thick fog(creepy music)

Giya Kancheli's Night Prayers

4: arrivel at a Dwarven tradeing post

Igor Stravinsky's Petrushka ballet

5: Bandit raid !

Gustav Holst, Mars, the Bringer of War - from The Planets, op. 32

6: Into the bowels of the city, a sewer adventure

Igor Stravinsky's Rite of Spring

7; Murders found ! Were Rats !!

Hector Berlioz's Symphonie Fantastique - Witch's Dance movement.

8: Spell casting , The Rats use magic !

Sergei Prokofiev - Scythian Suite

9: the dark temple, the finale and where the boss cleric Rat is found.

Krzysztof Penderecki's Canticum Canticorum Salomonis

10: end credits and perhaps a sequel ?

Michael Torke - Bright Blue Music
