new Wenren Scholar Base Class (OA)

Hi all,

I have been working on a new class to fit in with an OA setting I'm developing based on mythic China.

The Wenren scholar represents the bureacracy of officials that run the Empire, and they gain abilities related to their place as officials. Most NPC officials would be Experts or Aristocrats, but I thought for important officials or PCs wishing to play this very common archetype, I needed a full featured class.

This is very much a WIP, so I apologize for gross mispellings or the all too brief class description that precedes the game mechanics.

I would appreciate any comments on the design, particularly as they relate to the balance of this class versus other classes. I adapted ahost of class abilities.. some from the Bard, and some from the Rokugan Courtier class (which is close, but not exactly what I wanted!)

At a quick glance: BAB, Saves, Skill points all look fine for this type of character. I don't really know a lot about OA, and it seems that a lot of the abilities are setting specific, but I don't think it would be too out of balance compared to a Bard or other primarilly skill using class.
