There's a tainted warrior prestige class in UA, which I guess is meant to be a modified maho-bujin from OA. The following is based on the tainted warrior, but with taint-specific mechanics replaced. I also bumped up the power level a bit; as given in the book, the class seems pretty weak.
Comments? How powerful is this, relatively speaking?

At 5th level, his melee and ranged attacks do a bonus 1d6 points of damage against creatures of good alignment.
Tainted strike (Su): At 3rd level, the tainted warrior can make a single melee or ranged attack that does 2d6 points of temporary Constitution damage if it hits. This is in addition to any damage normally inflicted. A Fort save (DC 10 + class level + Cha mod) halves the Con damage. He must declare the tainted strike before making the attack.
At 7th level the tainted warrior can use this ability twice per day, and at 9th level, three times per day. However, he can only use it once per encounter.
