Help balance my Hound Archon write-up.

Greetings all.

A player in a new, slightly off the wall, campaign I am going to run wants to play a Hound Archon. Due to the strange nature of this particular game I am (foolishly?) going to allow the archon in with all stats and abilities intact. HOWEVER....I don't want to start at a super high level and so sat down and spread out the archons abilities over an 11 level "class" that includes all its powers.

There are a couple things that aren't going to be perfect. The number of hit-points is going to be a little higher than the Monster Manual archon. The same with the number of skill points. However I managed to get the abilites down to a very close ballpark.

Once this was all completed, the final result seems a WEE bit weak. So, my question to you is...would you play this class? If not what can you suggest to balance it better so that you WOULD?

Enquiring minds want to know.
