This is what happens when you try to stay up late to work on a paper, you design a new prestige class.
This would be fun to throw against some players who still underestimate orcs. A fighter 5/bombardier x
I'm also tired so balance is probably off, although lots of the abilities are standard actions which limits it a bit. Formatting currently.

Bombardier
The dwarves steadily advanced in neat rank and file, shields up, polearms prodding out, upon the gang of orcs. Falling back quickly, the orcs began to flee until one lone orc stood in the open, in his large meaty hands was a massive steel ball which he hefted to his shoulder. The dwarves, undaunted, pressed forward. Spinning once, the orc let the ball of steel fly, with a near explosive crash it crushed through the ranks of the dwarves, knocking them pell-mell to the ground. Hefting another steel ball to his shoulder, the dwarves stopped short. The bombardier was about to strike again.
Prerequisites:
Class Skills: The class skills for a bombardier, and their relevant ability scores are Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), and Spot (Wis).
Skill Points per level: 2 + Int Modifier
Class Features:
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: bombardiers gain no proficiency with any armor or weapon.
Slam (Ex): The bombardier learns to use this massive ball of steel in his meaty palms to clobber those who approach him. In the hands of a bombardier, the orc shotput can also be considered an exotic two-handed melee weapon that does 1d8 points of damage with the same critical threat range and damage multiplier.
Power Hurl (Ex): The bombardier can hurl an orc shotput with incredible power behind it, so long as he neglects how accurate it is going to be. The bombardier is treated as being able to use the power attack feat with the orc shotput when throwing it. The orc shotput is treated as a two-handed weapon for purposes of determining bonus damage.
Quick Heft (Ex): The bombardier has learned how to quickly heft and throw the massive orc shotputs. He can hurl an orc shotput as a standard action or throw multiple shotputs if he has iterative attacks.
Mighty Throw (Ex): The bombardier trains to hurl the shotput with his strength to crush through armor, not precisely take aim and fire. He uses his strength modifier for ranged attacks with orcish shotputs rather than his dexterity modifier.
Ranged Sunder (Ex): The bombardier gains the ranged sunder feat.
Shattering Toss (Ex): Cover makes no difference to the strong bombardier, able to hurl the orc shotput clean through cover to strike at those behind it. When a target has cover, the bombardier may make a ranged sunder against the cover. If the attack does enough damage to penetrate the cover and the original attack roll was high enough to hit the target without any cover bonus, he hits the target. The bombardier may attempt to attack targets behind full cover so long as he knows where they are (i.e. which space they are in) however the attack suffers a 25% miss chance, targets behind full cover are considered flat-footed for determining if the attack hit. When using this ability precision damage does not apply.
Fell Shot (Ex): The bombardier trains to blast his foes to the ground with a well-placed shot. The bombardier may make a ranged trip attempt with an orc shotput. A normal ranged attack is made with a -4 penalty, if the target suffers damage it must make a Reflex save (DC = 10+damage dealt) or fall prone.
Long Bomb (Ex): The bombardier knows that sometimes your enemy is too far away to get a normal throw in, so they train to make a single powerful throw at incredible distances. As a standard action, the bombardier may make a single ranged attack, at their highest base attack bonus, with an orc shotput, however the range increment on this attack increases to a base of 50 feet.
Explosive Toss (Ex): Against large groups of enemies the bombardier does his best to take them all down at once. As a standard action, the bombardier may make a single ranged attack, at their highest base attack bonus, targeted at a 10 ft. square. All those within the 10 ft. square target are subject to the attack. The attack may hit all, any or none of them depending upon the attack roll and each opponents Armor Class. Damage for each opponent is resolved separately. If the attack roll results in the threat of a critical hit, roll to confirm each critical hit separately.
Wobbling Throw (Ex): Sometimes the most agile foes are the hardest to strike, the bombardier learns to hurl a shotput with an odd spin to it that makes it wobble and twist in the air making it next to impossible to figure out where it is going. As a standard action, the bombardier may make a single ranged attack, at their highest base attack bonus, against a single target. The target loses all dexterity and dodge bonuses to armor class against this attack. Due to the nature of this type of throw precision damage does not apply.
Goring Shot (Ex): Against the most well protected of foes, the bombardier can hurl a shotput with such force that it blasts through armor like butter. As a standard action, the bombardier may make a single ranged touch attack, at their highest base attack bonus, against a single target.
