Even though my updating splurge isn't over I'd still like to thank everyone who has taken the time to comment on my previous updates, and suffered my dodgy mechanics. And a big thank you to all those who have still to suffer.
Crowd sifter
He gently lifted the coin purse, gently, a slight jingly of gold hitting the cobbles alerted the Guards, and he put the bag back and stepped away, no good. He was off, feinting, swerving, into the crowds, they’d never find him, not in a…He rolled to the side, parried another blade and sped down a dead end alley.
“Scum,” Called the guard, about 6ft 1ish, easy Jerral thought; and prodded the man with a testing shot, using his rapier. The large man dodged it, and Jerral fell forwards.
“Gotcha” Shouted the Guard, although the only thing left in the alley was a small rat, “Where are you SCUM” Shouted Frean, Jerral tried to contain his laughter, and dodged out of the guard’s way, drew his rapier again and stuck it through his over-large neck.

Special abilities descriptions:
--Disappearing act (Ex): At first level you gain the ability to role a hide check, if your target wins the opposed check to spot your less-then-legal sleight of hand.
--Hit on the run (Ex): When the crowd sifter decides to borrow an item, they may do so as a free action with only a -10 penalty, allowing you to acquire others possessions whilst moving
--Spotless (Ex): You gain a +1 competence bonus on, Bluff, Hide, Move silently and Sleight of hand, this increases by 1 for every two levels in Crowd sifter.
--Tread on sweet lies (Ex): Whenever you reveal your self after using Hide or move silently you may choose to reroll that skill to disguise your position, of course because of your previous clumsiness you incur an incremental -2 penalty.
--Slip of the hand (Ex): If you ever fall short of lifting an item from somebody’s person, you may re-try the check to gain the item. Even if you slip up again the item’s owner is none the wiser, but any subsequent mistakes alert them.
--Sniff (Ex): You may as a 5 round action view and talk to a person or persons numbering up to 6, and discover an idea of there wealth.
--One in a million (Ex): When you are in a crowd, rather then simply gaining +4 to AC and reflex you gain a +6, or if in heavy cover a +10 bonus.
--En passant (Ex): You can pass through squares occupied with by enemy creatures, they are allowed an AoO but you gain a +4 dodge bonus against their AoO attack.
--RUN! (Ex): Due to constant encounter with ‘the law’, the Crowd sifter has developed a way to evade them; running. You gain a +10 to your speed when you run furthermore when you are in light armour and running your speed is 5 time faster rather then 4 times.
--Impossible lift (Su): You can lift item much larger then you should be able to, and people do double takes when they see you perform these acts; although they never do. The items you can take from a body can be as large as a cart wheel, on top of this they also possess the ability to take items that are held or otherwise secured to the owner, such as badges or weapons. Of course you need to distract your target and an appropriate bluff check may be required.
--One with the shadows (Ex): You can now Hide and move silently, whilst running and incur a much smaller penalty, -5.
--Crowd Sifter (Ex): You are impossible to spot in crowds and can get away even if the impossible happens. You are never impeded when making movement through any crowded environment, even the tightest bazaar is traversable; to complement this they gain an extra +10 to hide in these situations.
So any ideas, any problems?
