PrC: Visage Collecter

Based of the ability of the Mortal Hunter, the one that allows the character to take a piece of skin from a monster and magically graft it onto yourself to change. I decided that I'd go a little further. My idea (combined with an idea from Face/Off) was that i'd take the faces off creatures, put them on myself and change into that creature. (My character's history [she's an air genasi] was the my father cut off my face and left me in some small town in the middle of nowhere with the last comment to not show my face around my home city). However, I'm stuck on Prereqs and needed some help. Also, if something seems wrong with the class (too powerful, etc), I'd appreciate the help.

Change Skin(Su): This allows the person to take the face skin (the visage) of a creature and once put onto the character's skin, she changes into that individual or a different individual of that race. This works exactly like polymorph self, except that the person can change only a number of times per day according to level. Changing back into normal form does not count against the number of times per day this ability can be used. The character can only polymorph into a creature if she has a face of that creature. This does not work on forms which have no faces (such as oozes) or incorporeal creatures (such as ghosts). This power lasts until the character decides to change form again.

Gain Extraordinary Ability: This allows the character to gain an Extraordinary ability of the creature (one of the special qualities of the creature since the character already gains the special attacks due to the polymorph spell). The character can gain one extraordinary ability at level 2, two at level 5, and three at level 8.

Gain Supernatural Ability: This works like Gain Extraordinary Ability, except it deals with a supernatural ability instead of an extraordinary one. She can use one supernatural ability at level 4 and another at level 9.

Gain Spell-Like Ability: This allows the character to learn a spell-like ability, similar to the Gain Extraordinary Ability. The character's caster level is equal to her Visage Collecter levels plus any spellcaster levels. She can learn one spell-like ability and use it as if she were that creature (in terms of number per day and other limitations excluding caster level). She gains a second spell-like ability at level 10.

Maximum Creature HD: Instead of being limited by HD equals class levels as per the spell Polymorph Self, at 5th level, the Visage Collecter is limited to her class level x2. At 10th level, this limit increases to class level x3.

We did something similar in Crimson Contracts: the Assassin's Manifesto (the Necrokiller), except that our PrC takes the whole skin, not just the face. He gains the victim's memories, abilities, skills, and even mannerisms, based on his level.

This is kinda what me and my dm came up with, though it isn't playtested yet, so we don't know if it's balanced or not. Also, we decided that I could use any of the Wild Shape feats for this class, though I think only a few of them will actually apply.

The visage collector: one who takes the shapes and later, the abilities of a creature. Often, the visage collector has little identity of her own, so she is forced to take the identities of others. She does this by collecting their faces, the feature most people see first. Her lack of self-identity often causes her to cut off her own face, thereby losing the 'identity' of her appearance. The visage collector makes a living by becoming another person or often another race. She learns the creatures language to be able to fit in better, to gain their identity. Occasionally, the visage collector will take the visage of another person (focusing more on the singular being than the race as a whole) and will use her talent of forgery to create the documents to prove that she is the person (or to keep the same handwriting, etc, to hide the fact that this person is actually a visage collector).
This is not always the case, however. Sometimes a person knows who she is all too well and attempts to become someone else to hide from her former self. Perhaps she is running from a past deed she is trying to forget. In either case, no good person would resort to cutting up the faces of herself and others to hide.
Though the visage collector could perhaps be an excellent spy, she is generally not the type to stay undercover too long. No matter the reason for her becoming a visage collector, she feels a sort of restlessness after being a single creature/race too long and must change to a different form. Those who become assassins are more the calculating type than the kind who would become a visage collector.
