5e Homebrew Setting: Malebolge, Post-Apocalyptic Fantasy

Especially since you don't provide any access to greater power these fat deposits provide. Why would other Kobolds think this one with the breasts is more powerful, than the flat-chested female/male next to her/him?</span></p><p><span style="color: #000000"></span></p><p><span style="color: #000000">I feel that people may struggle on it. I am struggling on it. Others have commented on it as well.
