A question about Lycans

I was watching The Day After Tomorrow, and the animals went ballistic because of the weather phenomenon that was gonna happen, now, since a lycan is like half base creature (what ever that may be)/ half animal, wouldn't a lycan be able to sence the changes in the weather too?? or would that strictly be up the the DM?? i was jus curious and didn't know if someone has ever really thought of this, thanx in advance

A lycanthrope sensing changes? Hmm...that would be up to the DM. Id say if they were in animal form, they might sense something. In human form, no, and in hybrid, it would probably be some kind of check.

That would be completely up to the DM. Whether normal animals sense weather changes (and how) would be up to the DM too, since that's not something the rules cover.
