I think it costs something like $60US, but it gets you access to almost all the published works in one form or another.</p><p></p><p></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Character Builder: Character creation, powers, FR/EB backgrounds, class expansion books (i.e.: Arcane Power, etc...), Dungeon Magazine, Dragon Magazine</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Adventurer's Tools: Monster Manual Stats</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Compendium: Anything with a stat block (items, powers, monsters, etc...)</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Dungeon Magazine (full PDF text)</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Dragon Magazine (full PDF text)</li> </ul><p>The only thing it doesn't cover is combat mechanics, so I would recommend purchasing a copy of PHB1 as well (~$40US).</p><p></p><p>I know.
