5 out of 5 rating for Adventure Maximus Starter Set KS Edition I have been playing this fantastic game with my two lads (ages 9 and 6) off and on for a few months and just wanted to share our delight. The game encourages all participants to shape the story and allowing for this is what helped even my youngest to feel a part of the quests. The use of action points is a solid mechanic that allows for creativity, while also giving the players limits. We have been making up bed time stories for a while and Adventure Maximus allowed us to take some of those ideas and play through them. I found the initial setup to be a bit awkward the first time through, but the more we played the quicker and easier it got. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to have the dice pre printed with the symbols rather than the stickers, as we have knocked the stickers loose a number of times. Overall great game. I look forward to playing it with some more of the family.
