I am currently setting up an AD&D 3.5 Ed game, in my own home-brew world.

The game will run on Friday nights from 8:30 PM eastern, ending at about
10:30 PM eastern, going later if people agree and or the situation warrants.
The game background is, in brief:
the player characters are descendants of a group of people exiled to a new continent. Most of the adventures will center around exploration and discovery of the new lands.
a few notes on character generation:
Standard 3.5 edition PHB races
Classes -- any core class from currently published WoTC material is accepted.
Any classes from 3rd party products require DM approval first.
character generation is 30 point point buy or Elite Array.
Characters will start at 1st level with 500 gp to spend on equipment, and must spend all but 50 gp.
No firearms or mercurial weapons, and no magic-tek items.
