I had an idea today and wrote it out. This is inspired by all the stuff I have taken form this forum and used in my game, I hope someone, somewhere can use this. Orgath the ancient OGRE Large Giant 1st level fighter Hit Dice: 4d8 +1d10 (29 hp) Initiative: –3 Speed: 30 ft. in ½ plate (6 squares); base speed 40 ft. Armor Class: 22 (–1 size, –3 Dex, +5 natural, +7 ½ plate armor, +4 tower shield), touch 6, flat-footed 22 Base Attack/Grapple: +4/+10 Attack: Greatsword +6 melee (1d10+2/19/x2) or javelin +1 ranged (1d8+2) Full Attack: Greatsword +6 melee (1d10+2/19/x2) or javelin +1 ranged (1d8+5) Space/Reach: 10 ft./10 ft. Special Attacks: — Special Qualities: Darkvision 60 ft., low-light vision Saves: Fort +6, Ref -2, Will +2 Abilities: Str 15, Dex 4, Con 10, Int 9, Wis 13, Cha 10 Skills: Climb +5, Listen +2, Spot +2 Feats: Toughness, Weapon Focus (greatsword) , Tower shield proficiency Challenge Rating: 3 Treasure: Standard Alignment: Lawful evil Orgath is an ancient ogre who has lived to see almost 80 years. His twisted frame now only stands 7 ½ feet tall but his boated frame weighs more than 700 pounds. Their skin color is a faded dull yellow and his eyes have an empty look to them. Orgath speak Giant, Common, Kobold, and Orc. HISTORY As a younger ogre Orgath was a reasonably successful warrior. His skills grew and he accumulated some wealth in the form of armor and his greatsword. As he grew older, he began to notice the decline in his skills and recognized the increasing likelihood that someone (or something) would best him in battle. As he aged he also realized how dumb most of his ogre pals were. He was able to hide his diminishing skills by heaping more and more armor on and learning to use his ogre shield. That however could only last so long. Eventually, due to increasing fear that he would be challenged by some young buck to a fight he could not win, Orgath left his pack of ogres and set off on his own. Being over 75 and on his own for the first time was a situation he was not quite read for. About a week into his journey, Orgath ended up in a goblin bear trap. The goblin were not real excited about their catch (a bear is far more useful than a fat old ogre) and brokered a deal with the ogre (after about a dozen arrows bounce off his plate mail). Ever since then the goblins and the Orgath have worked together to cause general mayhem. They currently reside in a forgotten about stone building far enough away form civilization to have been forgotten about but close enough that they can attack trade caravans on occasion. Orgath is bright enough to realize he doesn’t have many winters left. His biggest fear is that he will become to weak to wear his armor and the goblins will no longer respect him (not unlike what happened in his old tribe of ogres). He recently has made an agreement with a spice merchant to attack rival’s caravans more frequently. The spice merchant has promised Orgath gauntlet’s of ogre power (ironic isn’t it) if he can stop ten shipment in one calendar year. Orgath knows this may draw attention he doesn’t want but is willing to do almost anything for the “gloves of restoring youth”. That and he is quite fond of the flavor the spice’s he steals provide,
