(OOC: Oops! Will he also drop the bow and pick up the sword? He has the move action left to do so) *Seven of the smaller Afflicted move forward and begin to scatter as they move towards the group to avoid another of Zaeryl's blasts.* "Immortality is a burden as well as a gift," Zaeryl says with a sigh, "They're about to scatter and this is the last chance while they're flat-footed--Give us backup." *He steps off the ledge with an intentional jump, landing with a loud oof and slight cracking sound as some of his extra health is leeched away. Then he moves slightly forward while drawing his club so that almost all of the Afflicted who avoided his attack are now in his range and lets forth another explosion, this one smaller than the last, as he was unable to regain his focus due to constant motion.* *All of the injured smaller Afflicted, of course, are toast, and since the injured ones include all of those closer to the group, that leaves no enemies within charging range of Zaeryl except for a single extremely angry, enraged, and burned large Afflicted. There are also twelve badly hurt smaller Afflicted and seven of the massive looming hulks, ranging from one of them who was out of range for the second attack to most of them that are slightly singed to a few that are badly burned, with a wide range in between.* *Greatly angered and ready to rip Zaeryl to shreds if he tries that again, two smaller Afflicted dash as fast as they can to get adjacent to Zaeryl, though they can't flank him yet without risking an attack from his drawn club--and the attack, albeit wimpy, might drop them. The mad sprint makes it impossible for them to attack him yet. The uninjured large Afflicted, all the way on the other side of the cavern, decides, for whatever reason, to lumber up the other rise and leave the cavern on the other side, gaining partial cover with the turn of the carved stone corridor.* (OOC: Ironwolf's turn)
