While I had talked in the past with the editors of the OJ about them publishing this book (perhaps spread out over several issues or maybe as a special OJ edition or add-on), unfortunately the OJ's current publication speed is far too slow at this time for this to interest me. Ten, five, or even three, years ago, I might not have felt the same way--the advent of print on demand (and its lowering costs) means it is now well-suited for self-publishing and certainly played a factor in my decision. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Whoa, that's crazy, the book is available on Amazon.co.uk before Amazon.com (still not back up yet).
