Charge and haste?

Ok. Assume a hasted fighter charges with a partial charge at an enemy. +2 to hit, -2 AC. Then the full attack array of his multiple attacks.

How long does the -2 AC penalty last. Till his action next round? Does he get the +2 to hit for his other attacks then as well? I'd say no, but got no books here.

Yes, the -2 penalty is for 1 round.

"you get a +2 bonus on the attack roll"

On "the" attack roll, not for 1 round...

Its for the whole round which normally includes just one attack roll but there are those special circumstances like the pounce special ability and haste where you get more than one charge attack.
