Post Campaign Update #1 - Thank You and What Happens Now Thank You! Huge thanks to our backers for all the pledges and support - we've funded and hit a load of stretch goals all thanks to you! We can't thank you enough, and now we get to do the real work for the game. What next? So now that the campaign's over we move on to the next four stages; pledge manager, the beta, production, and delivery. For the pledge manager, we create a microsite that collects your information so that we can send you rewards. This includes your pledge level, any late add-ons or upgrades to the pledge that you want, and your address, which is also how we calculate your postage. Postage is set at next year's rates as that's when we'll be sending the rewards out. This is also where late pledges are available to anyone who missed out on the campaign. During that time we'll also be testing and creating the final beta rules to send to backers. That way we can get your feedback on the rules and make any tweaks that we need to. At the same time, we'll be commissioning art and working on the background with the writing team to finalise their work. We then have production, where we'll create the final PDF, and send other elements to print/production. You'll get the PDF several months before the physical rewards, which will go on sale not long after. This also gives us a chance to include any errata or typo changes that you notice before we go to print. Lastly, we'll get the print and production sent to our fulfillment centers and sent onto you from there! We'll give all backers multiple opportunities to let us know of any address changes or issues, as well as keeping everyone up to date with regular pictures and updates here. Emails about the pledge manager will be coming soon, and we'll do a specific update letting everyone know how to fill it in. Huge thanks again, The Black Cats Gaming Team
