Somewhere, time and place unknown. The world disappears in a rush of arcane and psionic enegry. It rages around you for a brief instant that lasts an eternity. The blissful agony tears you apart and rebuilds you time and time again. Then the glare of energy slowly disappears all of the sudden. The two kalashtars find themselves in a hot, humid swamp. The only sound you can hear is the buzzing of insect and strange, croaking birdcalls. you stand in a clearing of some sorts, and it takes you a while to realise you're standing in some long-overgrown ruins that look strangely familiar. There are some monds nearby that appear to be overgrown buildings, and just when you are debating weather it's safe or not to enter one the oppressive heat and humidity turn into a thunderstorm; The mound you enter has a large anteroom. You wipe the rain out of your eyes and look to investigate, when Rothitash spots movement. You both look puzzled when you see a small, intricately carved chest with small clawed feet scamper away. It gets even stranger when Valharath finds that it emits a miniscule amount of psychic energy, and has the intellect of a small dog. When you look to see what it was doing you see a mechanical body lying on the floor, fairly clean, with another two that are covered in mud lying nearby. You see that it has several red psy-cristals imbedded in it's body. While you investigate, the walking box slowly edges near, and when it notices you are looking at the mechanical body it opens it's trunk and a mechanical arm holds out a vessel containing what looks like some kind of grease. You can almost hear a pleading, whining noise. After some debate you hesitantly take the oil and apply it to the body. A minute later, the psycristals start to softly glow again and light returns to the body's eyes.
