The eleventh semi-annual DC Gameday will be on the 6th and 7th of October, 2012. The event will be held at the AFT building, at the corner of New Jersey Ave and F St NW (555 New Jersey Ave, N.W., Washington DC, 20001), two blocks from the Union Station stop on Metro’s Red Line. Join fellow adventure, storytelling, and roleplaying gamers in the nation’s capital for a fun-filled day of games. The event is free to all participants thanks to the generous support of the gameday organizers.
Doors open at 9:30am. There will be two sessions each day. The first session will begin promptly at 10am and end at 2pm. The second session will begin at 3:30 pm and end at 7:30 pm. Morning GMs should plan on arriving no later than 9:30am so that they are ready to start at 10am.
Following the last session on Saturday, there will be a group dinner as usual, although the location has not been finalized. Register to attend by September 28 if you plan on attending the dinner. If you'd like to run a game, please email admin@dcgameday.org after completing the registration process so you can be added to the system as a GM. If you ran a game at the last gameday, you should still be set up as a GM in the system and don't need to email us.
Prospective GMs can start posting games on Friday, September 7th. Player signups will open at 8pm on Friday, September 21st. If you have any questions, check the DC Gameday forums.
