Reposted from another edition and forum...: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?504256-How-do-you-get-into-The-Undying-Temple-City-of-the-Spider-Queen This question is for City of the Spider. As far as I can see the exact same issue remains for DDEX 3-16 Assault on Maerimydra: neither maps nor descriptions have been changed in any relevant way. The relevant map can be found here: http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/frx/20020920 Or click the above image. The description does imply there is a hole up to U26, since it talks about a hole down from U26. But it doesn't explain how and why this hole isn't visible (the description specifically says no hole up is visible; the map does not indicate a hole). The description of U26 strongly suggest there was meant a hole up from U24 to the lower-right part (the part coterminous with U17 on the material plane), since the room description assumes you start in that part of the room. There is a hole indicated for U29. Since this is the top-most room, I don't think it's meant to lead up. Instead I think it is meant to lead down, again to U26.
