The sidhe subtracts 20% from his or her total spell failure chance.</p><p></p><p><strong>Spell-Like Abilities:</strong> At will- <em>blur, change self, charm person, clairaudience/clairvoyance, invisibility, speak with animals</em>; 1/day- <em>bestow curse, suggestion</em>.
