First those are a few good starting points and the D20 Modern, Future, Weapons Locker, Cybertech, Apocalypse, and the others can/could be used for a Fallout-style campaign with some tweaking involved Second, what system are you using... 5e and earlier or a different system entirely Third, do you have any knowledge or source books of the following for reference D20 Apocalypse Post Apocalypse 20 Dystopia Rising System Darwins World System Exodus System Mutant Epoch System Here are a few freebie sources: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Fallout_(D20_Modern_Campaign_Setting) http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Fallout_(5e_Campaign_Setting) http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/MSRD:Environment_and_Hazards#RADIATION_SICKNESS Now my own take on a Fallout-style Campaign... 1. Player Level and Background Origins of the players... do they come from a Vault or are Wasteland born and raised granting them access to certain equipment and more similar to the 5e Background rules. This also allows for possible lost Pre-War Classes unless the player is a Ghoul 2. What is their race... pure human, wasteland human, ghoul, near feral ghoul, super mutant, Robot A.I., Synthetic Human. Once chosen certain elements could be given similar to 5e Background rules though in the area of Feats or Skills Sets. 3. Critical Hits should happen normally except for those players equipped with a PIP-Boy or variant MIL-Boy that when activated in VATS allows them a +1 or 2 increase on their attacks i.e. 19-20 becomes 17/18-20 4. I can see just like in Fallout 4 the option of modifying ones armor so a former Vault Suit becomes the Armored Vault Suit with the application of some minor armor plating. 5.For radiation you can use the RAW set or check out what I posted recently and I am still in the process of expanding them more. http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?494120-More-Lethal-Nukes-amp-Radiation-Repost 6. Rest, Food, Shelter, Fatigue rules could be applied I'll check my notes and pdf's later for more suggestions.
