Those options can range from creating a unique list of races or classes for a setting, to adding in special rules for things like managing a kingdom or waging a war. Mike also says that their shortlist for D&D's core elements include "the six abilities, classes, levels, hit points, Armor Class, and a few other things". This takes the existing core rulebook and appends the entirety of the <em>Peril at King's Landing</em> adventure. This will give you all the rules and a full adventure in one glorious 320 page, full color package.
