Vampires are undead supernatural entities that sustain their unnatural state by feeding on the life force of a living individuals. Although vampires are non-living organisms, known vampires are generally treated with the same regard as their living counterparts as long as they are not obtaining sustenance through criminal means or are responsible for the death of an individual they fed upon. </p><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px"><strong>Section III: Locations</strong></span></p><p><strong>Los Angeles, California</strong>. In most dimensions, Los Angeles became one of the largest cities in the United States as a result of the city's aggressive expansionist policies. However, on Earth.NRK.Zeta, the city of Los Angeles failed to gain coastal access through annexation, and as a result became a land locked city. Over time, New Hope City has grown to incorporate many of of the towns and cities that make up the southern portions of Los Angeles County.</p><p></p><p><strong>Salton City, California</strong>. Salton City has a population of approximately 25,000 people and is located along the shores of the Salton Sea within the Colorado Desert. This city was selected to be the setting of the inaugural season of the popular reality tv-series, <em><span style="color: DeepSkyBlue">____ Needs Heroes!</span></em> and is protected by the <span style="color: DeepSkyBlue"><strong>Salton City Stars</strong></span>.</p></blockquote><p></p>
