Is there a way for a half-elf to get darkvision, possibly through feats?

You can take Elf Atavism ancestry feat to gain the Cavern Elf's Darkvision, but you must select it at first level.

Anyone can take the Adopted Ancestry general feat, and then cherry-pick the best ancestry feats, for instance Halfling Luck. Since you have low-light vision from being a Half-Elf, you could pick Orc Vision, granting you Darkvision.

If your character already is at around level 11 or so maybe Goggles of Night is the easier option.
