Out there among the trees, watching the sunlight filter through the canopy on the first day of spring, that is where I found my god. Corellon who shared all his gifts with my people and the world. With his blessings to protect me I could wander as I pleased, seeking out his gifts and influence in the glory of the world, and sharing his gifts with those in need.</p><p></p><p>For years I have wandered in an increasing circle outwards from my homeland, experiencing the world for myself and reveling in its splendor. Despite the inherent dangers, my life had been mostly peaceful until the day my path took me on the road to Winterhaven. There I came across a woman, another who has found the blessing of a god like myself. But she was severely injured, and beyond my meager abilities to save. I stayed their with her in her final moments, to provide what succor I could. She spoke to me of a kobold attack, a dangerous cult and a name . . . Kalarel.</p><p></p><p>I laid her to lest there amid the beauty of nature, contemplating the events of the day. Did Corellon send her across my path, or me across hers, for a reason? I could not save her, but I could ensure the delivery of her final message to those who would listen. I set my sights on Winterhaven. A destination? A goal? Or just the first step towards something more?[/sblock]</p></blockquote><p></p>
