Focused on intense action and more diverse options in combat, Iron Heroes and the Iron League will offer new vistas of possibility for your campaign.</p><p></p><p>The Iron League will present content created by fans of the new Iron Heroes variant player's handbook on their website: <a href="http://www.iron-league.com" target="_blank">www.iron-league.com</a>. Updated weekly, this content will feature a variety of submissions such as Campaign Ideas, Encounters, Fiction, DM Tools, and more. Submissions will be handled online through a submission system developed by the Council of Magisters for Diamondthrone.com. A number of submissions have already been received, get yours in today by emailing your submission to <a href="mailto:lieges@iron-league.com">lieges@iron-league.com</a>.</p><p></p><p>The Iron Lieges are a group of fans dedicated to the new variant player's handbook and eager to support Iron Heroes.</p><p></p><p>Christopher C. Knall and his players were one of the groups that playtested Wolfgang Baur's The Book of Roguish Luck. Chris has also playtested an as yet unreleased adventure for Necromancer Games and has an editing credit for Darwin's World, 1st Ed. He first played D&D in 1978. He and Rusty, his best friend at the time, made up their own games utilizing d6s until he convinced his dad to buy the Blue Box (which he still has); his dad DMed for him and his friends for years. During Christmas 2003, Chris DMed for three generations of Knalls, his dad, son and nephew. Chris posts as wizofice (that's Wiz of Ice) on Monte Cook's Okay Your Turn forums.</p><p></p><p>Benoist Poiré (also Odhanan on various message boards) is a French gamer born in Normandy now happily "exiled" in British Columbia, Canada. He discovered role-playing games in the late 80's and supported the gaming community ever since. Besides the Iron League and various diamondthrone.com submissions, his projects include the development of the Bifrost Project and the years-long design of The Enrill Campaign Setting.</p><p></p><p>Chris Cumming is one of the playtesters who worked with Mike Mearls on Iron Heroes. He has played role playing games since his dad gave him the Red Box for his birthday back in grade school. His passion for the games has continued, and he hopes one day to pass it on to his son born last year. Posting as Erekose13 on Monte Cook's Okay Your Turn forums, Chris has been playtesting for Malhavoc Press since Mike Mearls' first solo book for the company, Mystic Secrets.</p><p></p><p>Iron Heroes, an OGL release compatible with the d20 System, is due out in electronic (PDF) and print editions on August 1st, 2005.
