His warlock powers granted him greater access to the Lairds than other family members had, but they also kept him out of other circles. Zurrik has spent time on the local waters and longs to leave the Western Reach and visit other lands. Although not a requirement since his eldest brother is the sheriff, the Lairds have officially granted Zurrik a leave of absence from his position as Senior Deputy- Liaison, which gives his brother the ability to appoint a temporary replacement with full recognition of the Lairds.</p><p> </p><p>Zurrik likes lighter colors than most, preferring to dress in a light yellow rather than brown.
