[QUOTE="Brazeku, post: 3993692, member: 48916"] [sblock=OOC]Sorry about the delay, I didn't have access this weekend. In any event, there’s an explanation I’m going to make about spot checks – I set a target number and total the results from the entire party to meet or beat it. In this case, the spot check was easy enough, and as a group you beat the target of 100. Therefore:[/sblock] Spot Check results: Although at first you couldn’t make out anything within the spectral haze, something has caught your eye; tiny blue sparks dancing on the windowsills, along the flat roofs of the buildings, atop broken marble pillars. Within moments, you can see what they are – the glowing eyes of literally hundreds of ba spirits, small spectral birds with the heads of the men and women they were in life. They are everywhere, clustered on every available perch, eerily motionless. Their talons clutch tattered strips of fabrics in reds and whites. On the ground at your feet, you can see swirls of scattered ash and a fine dusting of flour, likely the remains of an offering. You feel a strange force all around you, similar to the warm, oppressive sensation you get upon entering a warded tomb. [sblock=OOC]Any time you wish to make a check to see if you can determine something or gather evidence (knowledge, spellcraft, sense motive, survival, etc), you are free to ask to do so, most of the time I won't prompt you for checks. Just a heads up, I will provide more information through those skills.[/sblock] [/QUOTE]
