On a more close examination, you realize that the three spheres are three beholders conjoined to each other.</em></p><p> </p><p>The Three-Headed Beholders are an extremely rare sub-species of beholders, believed by someone to have hydra ancestors.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Combat:</strong></p><p>Like their lesser kins, the Three-Headed Beholders use their multiple eye rays to deal with their enemies</p><p><strong>Eye Rays (Su):</strong> Each of the <strong>thirty</strong> small eyes can produce a magical ray once a round, even when the Three-Headed Beholder is attacking physically or moving at full speed.
