A mysterious looking man wearing a black cloak walks thru the tavern doors. Without looking at anyone he steps over to the fireplace and puts a peice of paper on the fireplace, the paper reads:

or murder of these men. They
are wanted for the smuggling
of goods overseas. If you
complete these bounties mark this
paper in red and I will wait here with
your money, bring proof.
After the cloaked man posts this bounty he puts another one on the door and leaves.
