This grants the following benefits:</p><p>-<em>Transcorporeality:</em> A lipika cannot be harmed by any weapon originating within the Lower Dimensions (7th or below) of any universe (time lord, demiurge, etc.) Weapons of the Higher Dimensions work normally against it.</p><p>-<em>Unreal:</em> A lipika cannot be affected by magic cast by any creature native to the Lower Dimensions of any universe (unless it chooses to be affected). Eternals, anomalies, and their like can use magic against it normally.</p><p>-<em>Cosmic Consciousness: </em>A lipika's senses extend to the entire Akashic Library or Muzaloth. Due to the Enlightened and Ensorcelled cosmic abilities, it knows all spells and can cast an unlimited number of spells per day.</p><p></p><p><strong>Transmortality (Ex):</strong> A lipika cannot be permanently killed except by one specific being (the Omega) unless its quintessence or Constitution is drained low enough that this ability can no longer manifest (below Divine Rank 48 or Con 130).</p><p></p><p><strong>Transtemporal (Ex):</strong> A lipika can travel freely in time, and gets triple actions even against beings with the Slipstream cosmic ability. This ability is canceled out against Transtemporal opponents.</p><p></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Artifacts</strong> The sample lipika has three overwhelmingly powerful artifacts.</p><p></p><p><em>Sword of Severance</em> – +400 keen neutronium shortsword that annihilates 124 HD from its target when it hits. Forged from the heart of a dead star, this is one of the mightiest weapons in all universes.</p><p></p><p><em>Emeritus Coronet</em> – +1000 headband of intellect, forged from solidified knowledge itself and humming with the energies of the Akasha.</p><p></p><p><em>Staff of Primordial Knowledge</em> – This staff is crafted from the bones of a great wyrm nehaschimic dragon and carved with runes of pre-cosmic power. It has two powers:</p><p>- It radiates a dead magic zone out to 76 miles that affects only the wielder's enemies.</p><p>- Any spell cast by the wielder that deals dice of damage turns all dice into d100. (For example, a lightning bolt cast by the sample lipika would deal 1200d100 damage before metamagic feats.)</p><p></p><p><strong>Notes</strong></p><p>CR is only approximate, especially as I'm not quite sure of the value of the Staff and the Divine/Limitless Spell abilities (the latter is based on something Belzamus created, as is the d100 spell damage effect of the Staff).</p><p></p><p>I'm assuming Divine Spell is a divine ability (based off Divine Sneak Attack) and Limitless Spell is Transcendental. The Staff of Primordial Knowledge has what I'm calling 2 Transcendental-equivalent abilities; it's less powerful than an artifact of this level should be, which frees up space for Limitless Spell. The 4th artifact is replaced by the Omnific Ability.</p><p></p><p>Metempiric Echoes is an attempt to make some of the Dimensional Masteries fit a being that isn't actually representing a dimension or universe. Its Cosmic Consciousness is significantly better than usual...</p></blockquote><p></p>
