Marrulunk Gestalt Build

Hello everyone, I'm attempting to build a semi-optimized gestalt character. Only problem is A) i've never taken a swing at a gestalt game and B) i'm not too keen on optimization.

So the campaign is going to start next month at level 5. It is only limited to WoTC/3.5 books.

I believe that is enough info, besides the 48 points for stats.

here is what I have so far for a (single) hand crossbow "sniper":

Str 12 (14 after racial)
Dex 18 (24 after racial)
Con 12 (16 after racial)
Int 12
Wis 18 (24 after racial)
Cha 12 (16 after racial)

RHD 3, Rogue 17//Swordsage 2, Hit and Run Fighter 18 (in that order)

yes, i'm aware that fighter beyond 4 max is sub-optimal but again, i'm trying to find a balance between Fluff over stuff and actually being able to do something...
