Is anyone here savvy with creating high-quality gifs?

My weekly D&D game has failed to happen about 13 out of 16 weeks this year. I was hoping to take a certain iconic moment from the movie Snakes on a Plane and make it so Samuel L Jackson has had it with these {expletive} breaks in this {expletive} game.

I guess I should clarify that I was choosing not to curse because this site is family friendly, but I would love a vulgar version to share with my friends.

There is a site called imgflip. It has a make a gif function and then you can put captions on that gif. There wasn’t a ready gif template for that particular scene, or I would have made it for you, but if you find a video clip of it, you can use that to make the gif yourself.

You can use it to caption pictures also.
